Clients looking for personalized training plans built to compliment their life, skills, goals, and keeping responsibilities in mind - this is the option for you.
Purchased through my SHOP page or created and bought through Trainingpeaks.com, all plans include detailed daily workouts created within the concept of progressive overload and periodization. Detailed workouts/runs include: tempo, interval, hills, and long-slow-distance runs (LSD runs). Strength sessions, active recovery workouts, and cross training. Plans created are based on communication and info shared through completed questionnaires and a telephone, FaceTime, or Skype session.
All plans are 16-20 weeks long. And prices vary depending on length and platform. And remember, these are custom built plans. If you are looking for a plan already put together, click here check out the pre-built plans!

GAIT ANALYSIS
Running doesn’t have to be painful, dreadful, or an activity that ultimately causes injury. Over time, we forget how to run effortlessly like we did as children. In addition, footwear can often times keep us from developing foot strength. With a gait analysis, I can help you identify your strengths, your limiters, and how your footwear may cause you to alter your gait.

GET FIT
Designed to be done at home or at the gym, get moving 5-days a week with 30-minute workouts and/or 60-minute workouts. These workouts are high in intensity and require minimal to no equipment! You will work up a sweat, burn calories, and improve your cardiovascular & cardiorespiratory fitness! No excuses! These can even be done when traveling. Explanation of exercises, how to do the workouts, and video demonstrations assure you get the most out of your training.

SOLEFUL RUNNING
Kids Run the Nation® is a turnkey program developed by The Road Runners Club of America designed to meet the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans outlined by the USDA. The program aims to introduce running and physical activity to children with an emphasis on participating daily as part of a healthy lifestyle regardless of age, experience, ability level, or gender. Evolve Endurance has created a youth running organization called Soleful Running which implements the curriculum laid out in the RRCA’s Kids Run the Nation® program.
The mission of Soleful Running is to promote the adoption of a healthy and active lifestyle through a running-based program and empowering children with knowledge that will help them make healthy and safe lifestyle choices. Details on joining the program will be coming in 2020!
